How will you ship my order?

 All orders placed in the UK will be sent by Royal Mail. International orders will be sent by various couriers depending on the size pof your order.

When will I get my order?

Orders sent via royal mail recorded delivery should arrive within 3 working days. For International orders please allow up to ten working days.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the item.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes we do. Delivery prices will be calculated on the checkout page. Please note we have no control over delivery if it is held up in customs.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If you have not received your order within 5 working days after receiving your confirmation of dispatch email for Royal Mail recorded delivery please contact us at info@firerockinternational.co.uk and we will investigate further. If you live outside of the UK please wait at least 10 days before contacting us.
